School Year Registration
Kids Club is Centennial Community Education's school-age care program where fun and learning come together. It’s where we build, we tinker, we paint, we play, we work together and we create friendships! Kids Club is a fee-based program serving families and students year-round in a variety of programs. We have begun to use Character Strong curriculum to work on social emotional skills by teaching students about the following character traits: respect, responsibility, gratitude, empathy, perseverance, honesty, cooperation, courage and creativity.
Kids Club works in partnership with parents and their child to make their stay happy, productive and safe. In order to provide the highest quality program, Kids Club meets the standards for school-age childcare set by State of Minnesota guidelines.
Registrations are accepted through your family's Eleyo account and space is limited!

12/17/2024 update:
Currently we are accepting registrations. Please note, our enrollment and staffing are changing often, so we will contact you regarding a start date. Please complete a registration through your family’s Eleyo account.
Enrollment for the 2024-25 K-5 Kids Club school year began April 1 through registration windows and continues on a first come first serve basis. Registrations will be accepted based on available space. Registration fee is $55 and is charged once the registration has been accepted.

Care provided at least 2 consistent days from week to week. Drop in care will be an option for this contract, if space allows. Families can also register for Non School Days that Kids Club is open; see rates below.
- Before school: $15.50/day
- After school: $11.50/day

Non School Day Care
Students enrolled in Full-Time Care or Part-time Care will have the option to enroll for care on Non School Days. Families still need to register for these days. An email will be sent when the days are open. Care on NSD’s is 6:30 am-6 pm.
Non School Day $45.50/day
After the registration deadline if space is available.
Non School Day: $65.00/day
Non School Days 2024-25
Non School Day’s (NSD) are days that school is not scheduled and Kids Club is opened. Students must be enrolled to attend either before or after school care in order to register for NSD’s. Kids Club will send an email informing families that registration has opened. This email will also inform the family of the plans for the day(s). Registration will open about 5-6 weeks prior to the NSD. Please view below planned closed days and NSD’s and their registration period. Space will be limited for these. If space remains after the deadline, drop in rates ($65) apply, and will only be accepted as space allows.

Kids Club Non School Days and Closures
Kids Club provides optional care for children enrolled in Pre-K Kids Club and K-5 Kids Club on the following Non School Days (NSD) for the 2024-25 school year.
Please note these days are not included in your contract. If you will need childcare for any of these days, you must register in advance within the date enrollment period using your Eleyo account. Enrollment space will be limited, so register early. The fee is $45.50 per day when enrolled by the deadline. The fee is $65 per day when enrolled and approved after the deadline to attend. Hours are 6:30 am-6 pm.

2025-26 School Year Registration Information
Enrollment for the 2025-26 K-5 Kids Club school year will occur within registration lottery windows. All registrations received during that window have equal chance of being accepted. Registrations will be accepted based on available space.
If a window fills, or there is not enough space for all received registrations:
- All registrations received in that window will be randomized and accepted as space allows.
Registrations that are not accepted:
- Will be placed on a wait list
- All windows moving forward will have contracts randomized and placed on the wait list in that order
Contracts are not accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Prior participation in Kids Club does not guarantee placement next school year.

Registration Fee: $40
- March 31-April 14: Current Kids Club and Pre-K Kids Club Families-If you qualify for this window, you will receive an email reminder to register.
Families that are currently attending Kids Club or Pre-K Kids Club, and in good standing,
including incoming siblings of those currently attending Kids Club.
Registration fee: $55
2. April 28-May 12: New Families
Families enrolled in Centennial Schools who are not currently enrolled in Kids Club (this includes anyone with a school assignment, as well as incoming Kindergarten with no older siblings that are already enrolled in Kids Club). Space is limited.
3. June 16: Open Registration
All families are able to register and registration will remain open. Space is limited. Contracts will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
