School Year Registration

Students enrolled in Full Time or Part-Time care will have the option to register for care on specific Non School Days.  

Please note these days are not included in your scheduled childcare contract. Registration updates will be sent to families when the enrollment window opens.  Drop-In rates apply for those who enroll after the deadline - and are only approved if space is available.

Kids Club and Pre-K Kids Club will be closed on the following days for the 2025-26 school year, and childcare will be unavailable:

Preschool closes at 1:00 and After School Pre-K Kids Club will be closed on the following afternoons for the 2025-26 school year, and childcare will be unavailable:

Enrollment for the 2025-26 K-5 Kids Club school year will occur within registration lottery windows.  All registrations received during that window have equal chance of being accepted.  Registrations will be accepted based on available space. 

If a window fills, or there is not enough space for all received registrations:

1. All registrations received in that window will be randomized and accepted as space allows.

Registrations that are not accepted:

1. Will be placed on a wait list 
2. All windows moving forward will have contracts randomized and placed on the wait list in that order

Contracts are not accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Prior participation in Kids Club does not guarantee placement next school year.

Please double check your registration for the care that you need when you register, changes cannot be guaranteed.  Contract requests will be charged a $25 contract fee and are subject to a two-week schedule change notice upon approval.
