School Year Registration

Daily rates for the 2026-2027 school year *PENDING APPROVAL* by the School Board at this time.  Official rates will be available on/by May 1. 

* Space is Limited. ALL contract submissions via Arux begin in "Pending" status. Prior participation in Kids Club does not guarantee placement next school year. * Register Early! 

Non Refundable Registration Fee: per child. Charged at time of pending contract Approval.

• $55 each K-5 student
• $25 each PreK student
  • must be enrolled in Centennial Preschool

Non Refundable Tuition Deposit: Charged at time of pending contract Approval.

• $100 per child.
• Applied as a credit to your first season's invoice.
• Applied until depleted.

Opens Mondays at 8:00am. Closes Sundays at 11:59pm on listed dates.

Window 2: April 27 - May 10: New and Returning program families  (Lottery Based)

• For: children enrolled in ISD 12 Centennial Schools in the 2026-27 school year, PreK- grade 5.
• Register: any time between 8am April 27 and 11:59pm May 10 for an equal chance of contract approval. 
• Contracts Approval: each pending request is reviewed and accepted based on a lottery of eligible entries per site (timestamped in Window 2). Wait lists may occur.

Window 3: May 11 and remains open

• For: all ISD 12 enrolled PreK - grade 5 students
• Register: May 11 and after. Space is limited. 
• Contract Approval: each pending request is reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis. (after Window 2 families are served). Wait lists may occur.

Please double check your registration for the care that you need when you register, changes cannot be guaranteed. 

Contract requests received after June 1 will be charged a $25 contract change fee and are subject to a two-week schedule change notice upon approval.  (Note: no changes Aug 1 - Oct 1, May 1 - end of school year contract) 

OPTIONAL CARE:
Non-School Days Centennial Schools Kids Club provides optional NSD care from 6:30am - 6:00pm for ISD 12 students enrolled Full-Time or Part-Time in our school-year programs, and pre-registered to attend on the NSD date(s) listed below. 

Please Note:

● These days are not included in your Before and/or After School childcare contracts.

● If you need care any of these days: REGISTER during the enrollment window, using your online account.  Space is limited. Register early!  

● If multiple sites are listed, sites may combine to one location, based on enrollment.

● Rates: currently under review for the upcoming 2026-27 school year

• Locations to be determined (TBD) for the 2026-27 School Year.   
• Registration updates will be emailed to Kids Club families when the enrollment window opens, and emailed reminders prior to the registration window closing.

PRESCHOOL EARLY RELEASE DAYS:
After School Pre-K Kids Club will be unavailable on days Centennial Preschool closes at 1:00pm.

Enrollment for the 2025-26 K-5 Kids Club school year will occur within registration lottery windows.  All registrations received during that window have equal chance of being accepted.  Registrations will be accepted based on available space. 

If a window fills, or there is not enough space for all received registrations:

1. All registrations received in that window will be randomized and accepted as space allows.

Registrations that are not accepted:

1. Will be placed on a wait list 
2. All windows moving forward will have contracts randomized and placed on the wait list in that order

Contracts are not accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  Prior participation in Kids Club does not guarantee placement next school year.

● Rates: $50/day when enrolled by the deadline. After deadline: $70/day as Drop In, if space allows.

*Note: If enrollment is low Kids Club will consolidate to one site.  In the event this occurs, we will notify families in advance, and provide a deadline to notify us if you chose to cancel care for that day.
